Import Duties and Taxes
VAT is included in the price of all of our products. For any international orders you will be contacted by Royal Mail if you need to pay any duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver all UK orders the next working day including Saturdays, however this may vary during busy periods.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Our standard service for UK orders is £2.99 and is free for all orders over £9.99.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We offer International shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for International orders will be calculated at checkout.
Where is my order?
Please allow up to 10 days for UK deliveries and 4 weeks for non-UK deliveries, if you still have not received your item please email@example.com.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however, mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item and contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. Please contact email@example.com and attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I apply a coupon code?
Once you have found all the items that you want, click 'My Basket' and 'Checkout'. You'll see a box located below your list of items which says 'Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code'. Add your discount code into this box and click 'Add' to apply the discount. If you have any problems entering the code, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if the item or items purchased are unopened you may return your item to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund.
Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Is my credit card secure?
Yes! We use a leading encryption service to process your payment, your credit card information is hidden from us.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments from Clearpay and Klarna, as well as all major credit card providers, such as Amex, MasterCard and Visa.
Can your packaging be recycled?
Yes! The plastic used in our boxes is PET, this is the most widely recycled plastic and can be recycled easily.The vac tray inside is made using R-PET (recycled PET) which has already been recycled and can be recycled again.

Yes, all our brands are cruelty free, no animal testing is performed at any stage in our product development or manufacturing process.
